About the Role
Wine Adore is creating a contemporary wine journey that combines carefully selected products, engaging tasting sessions, and a growing online presence across Southeast Asia. The team is hiring a Warehouse & Wine Experience Specialist to manage day-to-day warehouse tasks while also hosting customers during wine tasting experiences. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on with operations and also thrives in a polished hospitality setting.
What You’ll Do
- Accept incoming wine stock, check it carefully, and arrange it properly in the warehouse.
- Pick customer orders, pack them securely, and ensure they are prepared accurately and on time.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, well-ordered, and inventory records up to date.
- Set up wines, glassware, and the showroom before tasting sessions begin.
- Greet visitors and host them during wine tasting events.
- Present curated wine options and explain tasting notes to guests.
- Suggest suitable wines based on each customer’s taste and the occasion.
- Provide high-quality customer support while contributing to wine sales.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to create a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
- Must be located in Singapore or otherwise legally allowed to work in Singapore.
- Prior exposure to warehouse work, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Should be comfortable managing physical stock and remaining on your feet for long periods when needed.
- Needs strong communication and people skills, along with a service-focused attitude.
- Must be organized, careful with details, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and other scheduled weekends for tasting events.
- An interest in wine, hospitality, or premium lifestyle products is helpful; training will be provided.

This is an on-site role based in Singapore. The position combines warehouse support with direct customer-facing wine tasting activities.
