As a Selector in our dynamic distribution centers, you will directly assist in delivering precise and timely orders to over 1,600 stores. This position offers a collaborative and safety-focused environment with flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare store orders for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the workspace.
• Perform additional duties across the distribution center as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Partial completion of high school education.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Capable of physically demanding tasks including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting of items over 88 pounds; team lifts required for weights above 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Exposure to varying temperatures is possible.
• Heightened awareness of surroundings, including other personnel and vehicles.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
