Role Overview

The Warehouse Operative will manage duties involving the storage, handling, and distribution of materials and products in compliance with strict safety and quality standards pertinent to the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments effectively.
• Inspect materials to ensure conformity with regulatory and specification requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update inventory management systems accordingly.
• Properly store and secure all materials in designated locations.
• Pick and select items for shipment or production dispatch.
• Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment processes.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists safely.
• Support inventory management initiatives including cycle counts.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues and internal/external partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Adhere to company protocols and health & safety regulations consistently.
• Perform additional duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience within the aerospace industry is desirable but not mandatory.
