Job Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse logistics, personnel management, and systems to guarantee accurate, timely, and cost-efficient storage, processing, and distribution of goods. This role includes operational planning, process enhancement, staff leadership, and regular performance reporting to the Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing goods ensuring adherence to company protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Develop, implement, and uphold warehouse policies and procedures that reflect headquarters standards throughout all divisions.
• Identify equipment needs, coordinate with management and facilities at headquarters to facilitate necessary upgrades or acquisitions promoting operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to procure packaging materials and supplies, actively seeking cost reduction opportunities.
• Assess staffing requirements and oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of warehouse and production teams in partnership with the Director and HR at headquarters.
• Engage with staff and management regularly to resolve inventory or operational inconsistencies, ensuring seamless workflow and achievement of daily objectives.
• Monitor compliance with established processes, leading corrective measures when deviations occur to preserve operational standards.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational policies designed to fulfill customer needs and expectations.
• Execute additional assignments or projects designated by the Director related to warehouse activities or broader company initiatives.
