About the Role
Akasa Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse functions including inventory control, material flow, and dispatch processes. The role involves maintaining precise stock records and ensuring efficient collaboration between production and logistics departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Keep detailed inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize receiving, storage, packing, and shipment of goods.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Update inventory information using ERP systems and MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain all warehouse documentation and generate relevant reports.
- Ensure that the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and compliant with standard operating procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Diploma holder in any field.
- Minimum of two years experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or battery sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Skills Needed
- Inventory management expertise.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordination of dispatch activities.
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between INR 20,000 and INR 25,000.
