Role Overview
This full-time Wardsperson position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute directly to patient comfort, care, and wellbeing within a dynamic hospital environment where every shift presents new tasks. The role demands dedication, compassion, and friendliness as you support patients and colleagues during their hospital journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in relocating patients between wards, aiding patient transfers and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Transport essential medical equipment efficiently around the hospital premises.
- Provide manual handling assistance to various hospital departments, working collaboratively within a team.
- Participate in a 24/7 roster covering days, nights, and weekends, supporting continuous patient care.
