This role is based in a lively and fast-moving hospitality venue in the UAE, delivering high-end dining experiences to a diverse clientele including tourists, locals, and corporate guests. The establishment prides itself on excellent menu offerings, exceptional customer service, and creating memorable dining moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming and seating customers, explaining menu options clearly, and skillfully encouraging additional purchases.
• Recording accurate food and drink orders into POS systems and communicating with kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
• Serving meals and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation, optimal temperature, and adherence to timing standards.
• Effectively managing table turnover during busy periods while maintaining courteous and attentive service.
• Managing guest feedback, addressing complaints or special needs tactfully, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Keeping service areas clean, resetting tables, and contributing to end-of-day closing tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong familiarity with menu items.
• Ability to upsell and maximize sales opportunities.
• Handling guest complaints professionally.
• Proper etiquette in tableside service.
• Effective time management, especially during busy periods.

Preferred Experience

• Background in luxury, upscale, or hotel restaurant settings.
• Understanding of UAE dining traditions and customs.
• Basic conversational skills in Arabic or Hindi.
