Role Overview
The Vice President of Product for Customer Growth & Experience will lead the strategic product vision and execution for systems impacting how customers discover, onboard, engage, and remain loyal to Neo. This domain includes acquisition channels, referral programs, lifecycle marketing, subscription management, customer support, and trust and security operations. The role demands ownership of product strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and leading a team of product managers while collaborating closely with senior leaders across engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, and executive management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Neo’s growth mechanisms focusing on customer acquisition, onboarding, referrals, and lifecycle marketing to enhance conversion, activation, and retention across all product lines.
- Shape a seamless, dependable customer experience by overseeing support services and trust functions such as fraud prevention and compliance.
- Create and maintain a long-term strategic product roadmap aligned with overarching company objectives.
- Lead, nurture, and scale a high-performing product management team, fostering talent growth, team culture, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration as an integral link between diverse departments contributing to product success.
- Drive accountability for meaningful business outcomes and customer impact, beyond mere output.
- Improve product quality and delivery through effective systems, feedback, and consistent mentorship.
- Promote a fast-paced, responsible, and learning-oriented work culture without compromising standards.
- Apply systems thinking to architect scalable, reusable product capabilities applicable across multiple product offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
- 8 to 12+ years in product management with at least 5 years in senior leadership, including managing product teams or organizations.
- Proven experience building and leading product teams through startup phases and scaling stages.
- Strong strategic vision combined with the ability to handle detailed execution simultaneously.
- Excellent product judgment, systems thinking skills, and a strong bias toward proactive action.
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving technical challenges and diverse stakeholder inputs.
- Demonstrated commitment to talent acquisition, mentorship, and cultivating high-performance teams.
- Leadership through influence and clear communication, adept at rallying teams around shared visions.
- Comfortable making substantive strategic decisions and pivoting effectively as conditions evolve.
- Domain knowledge in customer growth (acquisition, onboarding, marketing technology, lifecycle marketing) and/or customer experience (support, fraud prevention) preferred but not mandatory.
