About the Role
Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking to employ Customer Care Executives skilled in both voice and non-voice communications for their Bengaluru office. The role involves managing inbound customer calls and inquiries, resolving issues, sharing detailed information about company offerings, and driving sales through impactful communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently via calls and chat channels.
- Meet or exceed the sales objectives defined by the company.
- Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality assistance.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must have completed graduation with age ranging from 18 to 30 years.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and proficiency in at least one regional language such as Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- At least one year of experience in chat or email-based customer service is required for non-voice roles; freshers are welcome to apply for voice process positions.
- Strong interpersonal skills including empathy and problem-solving abilities are essential.
