Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative store layout plans that best highlight our product assortment.

• Create and maintain engaging visual displays throughout the store.
• Design, execute, and refine merchandising tactics to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Use space planning tools to create simple, cost-efficient, and effective store designs.

• Job Type: Permanent, full-time position
• Work Hours: 34-40 hours per week; retail schedule requiring availability for nights and weekends

• Compensation: Hourly wage range from $23.23 to $32.82, based on applicable experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in retail visual merchandising or a comparable role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory
