Job Overview
Ready Contractors, a well-established construction firm operating in eastern North Carolina since 1969, is in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant. This full-time remote opportunity caters to candidates residing in the United States, supporting the company's commitment to quality workmanship and dependable service. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $45 to $60.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage calendars, organize appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle professional email communications, screen phone calls, and address inquiries promptly.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents such as reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize digital records and files ensuring easy accessibility.
- Conduct internet research to assist various projects and business activities.
- Provide broad administrative support to senior management and other team members.
- Assist in client communications and follow-up to ensure high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or related administrative role.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Capable of working autonomously in a remote setting with minimal oversight.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset.
- Experience in construction or similar sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate home office setup.
