About ProMedia and Role Overview
ProMedia is a vibrant Direct Response advertising agency headquartered in Miami, FL, known for its dynamic and fast-centric work culture. We seek an experienced Video & Visual Production Specialist to join our Creative team. This role is ideal for a mid-career production expert with a solid grounding in video editing, studio production, and post-production who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop polished video and visual advertising materials such as commercials, promotional videos, and campaign content tailored for broadcast, cable, streaming, and social media channels.
- Manage and conduct professional green screen studio shoots, handling camera, lighting, audio, and talent setups on-site.
- Produce finalized, platform-ready deliverables supporting various broadcasting and digital channels.
- Create and adjust graphics, titles, and motion graphics integrated into video editing workflows.
- Utilize artificial intelligence-assisted tools to enhance production efficiency and the quality of visual content.
- Organize project files, maintain version control, and manage production assets meticulously.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure technical precision and top production standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and account teams to consistently deliver high-impact client projects.
Work Environment
This position requires presence in ProMedia's production studios located in North Miami (33181) and Fort Lauderdale (33304). The role may start remotely during onboarding, transitioning to in-office work as needed in these locations based on production demands.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in video production and post-production.
- Demonstrated advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite tools including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in green screen studio operations, including camera, lighting, and soundstage management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of post-production processes, media management, and organizing files systematically.
- Experience creating content compatible with broadcast television, streaming services, digital, and social media platforms.
- Bonus: Background in television production or local broadcasting.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management capabilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
