About the Role
RIIMS Hospitals is seeking a talented and imaginative Video Editor / Reels Editor to join their creative team at their Baraut, Baghpat location in Uttar Pradesh. This full-time position requires working onsite and focuses on producing professional video content related to healthcare, including reels, shorts, interviews, and promotional materials for various social media platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Edit diverse video formats such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional healthcare content.
- Process footage from doctor interviews, patient education segments, hospital awareness videos, and other healthcare-related media.
- Incorporate subtitles, captions, text animations, visual transitions, effects, and background music to enhance videos.
- Apply basic color correction and clear up audio quality.
- Transform raw recordings into concise, appealing, and polished videos.
- Design simple thumbnails and social media graphics when required.
- Align with current social media trends in reels and content styles.
- Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to maintain consistency.
- Ensure that all video outputs sustain the professional brand image of RIIMS Hospitals.
- Meet deadlines by delivering videos according to the established daily or weekly content schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Good command of video editing software such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, Canva, or similar tools.
- Capability to accurately add subtitles and captions in Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with the particular formats of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic experience in creating thumbnails and social media creative assets.
- A creative approach combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Prior experience editing healthcare or hospital-related videos is advantageous.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Applicants should submit samples of edited videos or reels demonstrating their skills.
- Preferably between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Compensation and Schedule
The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, dependent on individual skills, experience, and portfolio quality. The role follows a day shift schedule, with exact working hours to be finalized during the interview.
