Role Description

We seek a swift and prolific video editor with an astute sense of what drives engagement on paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Your role involves creating high-quality, conversion-focused content at a fast pace with significant volume. You will be an integral member of a seasoned internal creative team with access to a fully equipped in-house studio, participating both in post-production and shooting sessions.

This position involves more than editing; shooting is an essential component, requiring a creative eye and hands-on ability behind the camera. Candidates unable to perform shooting duties will not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-production for paid social, organic, and branding content including editing, sound, color grading, captions, motion graphics, and exports following best practice for each platform.
• Shoot content alongside the creative team during production days and independently handle small-scale shoots.
• Create behind-the-scenes and social media clips, capturing authentic moments quickly to maximize impact.
• Tailor content specifically for each platform, understanding the unique requirements of formats such as TV commercials, reels, and TikTok videos.
• Collaborate with Performance and Social teams to analyze conversion data and iterate content based on insights.
• Maintain clear communication, proactively report progress, and identify obstacles early to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Contribute creative ideas during briefing stages to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of content.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of high-output editing experience in-house, agency, or freelance, with a portfolio demonstrating diversity and performance-oriented content.
• Flexible with software tools and focused on results rather than specific applications.
• Keen understanding of ad unit elements such as hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
• Motivated to learn and grow from collaboration with top performance marketing professionals.
• Deep familiarity with native content styles of different social platforms and ability to maintain quality under fast-paced conditions.
• Proficient in shooting fundamentals including composition, lighting, and sound on small sets.
• Efficient, well-organized, and a strong communicator who completes tasks proactively.
• Insightful about the target customer base and able to identify resonant messaging angles.
• Creates a supportive environment on sensitive shoots, particularly related to women's health.
• Commercially driven with a commitment to producing impactful work informed by data and creative feedback.
