Role Overview
Raag Music Therapy is building a fast-moving digital media team that creates polished, idea-led, culture-oriented, and knowledge-rich content for major social media platforms. The team is seeking a strong Video Editor & Content Creator who can work with advanced creative tools and deliver high-quality output consistently.
What the Role Involves
This position is based in Chennai with an on-site setup, though a hybrid arrangement is also available. The role is suited for candidates with freshers to 2 years of experience. Compensation is stated as 15,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on capability and experience.
Key Work
You will turn written scripts into engaging digital videos by combining modern AI-driven generation methods for visuals and voiceovers with conventional editing techniques. A steady production rhythm is expected, with at least one finished, polished video to be delivered each day.
What the Team Provides
The role comes with access to paid, advanced AI generation and audio tools, along with a collaborative in-house editing environment. You will be able to work with experienced editors who can support you, review work, and help troubleshoot creative challenges.
What the Team Is Looking For
The ideal candidate should have strong editing fundamentals, including an excellent sense of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, and strict timeline organization. Strong English skills are important because the role requires writing detailed text prompts to generate accurate assets. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is required.
Preferred Bonus
Ability to read, write, and fully understand Tamil is highly preferred, since the audience focus is regional.
Selection Process
Applicants are expected to share a resume along with links to their best work. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short practical assignment involving 30 to 60 seconds of video asset generation and editing to demonstrate their skills.
