What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Clear communication skills, plus the flexibility to adapt and solve problems quickly.
  • Prior exposure to Hudl Sportscode, Synergy Sports, FastModel, Second Spectrum, and Claude AI is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of basketball strategy, techniques, and tactics.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and an interest in technology, software, and data.
  • The ability to build relationships and work well with others.
  • Fast, effective decision-making in a fast-moving environment.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match and an annual discretionary contribution
  • Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, plus commuter benefits
  • Free home-game tickets, parking, and gym access
  • Complimentary snacks, lunch, and dinner
