Overview

This leadership position focuses on steering the company’s strategic direction and spearheading growth and innovation initiatives in the financial technology industry. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to assess client demands and convert them into impactful product solutions. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with senior leadership to formulate and promote the organization’s business strategy.
Engage with clients and market participants to uncover new opportunities based on emerging needs.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and appraise potential product offerings for scalability and revenue potential.
Partner with Technology and Risk teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that fuel growth.
Deliver presentations at the executive level communicating strategic plans and business objectives.
Encourage and maintain a culture of innovation and continuous development within the company.
Monitor evolving technology trends and evaluate tools for enhancing organizational performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets, with strong preference for candidates with Mortgage industry background.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage securitization processes.
Proven track record in business and product development or executing strategic initiatives.
Experience using AI technologies to drive product innovation.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing teams.
Exceptional ability to build strong relationships within the industry network.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range between $270,000 and $300,000 annually.
