About the Role

This leadership position is based in Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence three days weekly, ideally Tuesday through Thursday. Primary office is in Center City, Philadelphia, with a hybrid model requiring three days onsite for local hires. Remote work is supported for employees in approved hub locations and states, including Boston, New York City, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Atlanta, Chicago, and states like CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, and VA. Team members in remote settings convene in person at least annually for team activities.
