- Own product marketing direction, including positioning, messaging, and differentiation for complex enterprise selling cycles.
- Shape the brand story and strengthen the company’s presence as a recognized category leader among customers, partners, and industry audiences.
- Direct marketing operations, analytics, and performance tracking so that CAC, pipeline efficiency, and ROI are easy to measure and improve.

- Advance AI adoption and marketing modernization efforts to improve scalability, automation, and efficiency.
- Lead external communications, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives to raise visibility and strengthen credibility in the market.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams in B2B SaaS or technology settings.
- Background operating at the executive level and guiding large-scale marketing strategy for enterprise or Fortune 2000 customers.
- Strong record of building and scaling demand generation programs that clearly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of product marketing, market positioning, and go-to-market planning in complex enterprise sales environments.
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to connect marketing outcomes to CAC, ARR, and revenue metrics.
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and scale high-performing global or distributed teams.
- Experience using AI, automation, or advanced marketing tools to raise performance and operational efficiency.
- Excellent cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders in Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive messaging and market narrative development.
- Experience in climate tech, energy, or sustainability is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

This is an opportunity to lead marketing for a high-growth enterprise technology platform focused on the future of energy intelligence.
Application and hiring process
The hiring partner uses an AI-assisted matching process to review applications quickly and compare candidates against the role’s core requirements. The strongest matches are shortlisted and then passed on to the hiring company. Final interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions are handled by the employer’s internal team.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed for evaluation and shared with the hiring employer under applicable data protection rules. AI tools may assist with application review and resume analysis, but human judgment remains central to the final decision-making process.
