Overview
The Vice President of Delivery Transformation at Cloud for Good is tasked with developing and advancing the operational infrastructure that allows the Services organization to grow efficiently, reliably, and profitably. This executive leads the various functions, processes, governance, and enablement efforts that underpin delivery excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape and drive delivery transformation initiatives such as AI-enabled delivery, intellectual property integration, operational governance, forecasting, and workforce planning.
- Translate strategic initiatives into scalable, measurable processes with sustained adoption throughout the organization.
- Ensure the organization has the necessary systems, insights, governance, and operations to support client outcomes, though delivery leaders retain direct execution responsibility.
- Lead continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, estimation frameworks, governance models, and operational standards to support predictable, efficient, repeatable, and fixed-fee delivery.
- Champion AI adoption in delivery processes to enhance productivity, quality, knowledge sharing, and client value with established governance and best practices.
- Drive integration and adoption of intellectual property within delivery methodologies to boost efficiency and outcomes.
- Oversee Services Enablement to promote methodology and tool adoption via training, onboarding, and change management programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and leadership to align on transformation initiatives and support go-to-market messaging.
- Lead the PMO and delivery governance functions to monitor project health, portfolio performance, risks, and operational rhythms enhancing delivery predictability and client satisfaction.
- Manage delivery reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics collaborating with Finance to improve margin performance and operational choices.
- Develop workforce planning and capacity forecasting mechanisms to provide visibility into talent demand and hiring needs.
- Advance the global delivery model through operational standards, governance, and performance management.
- Build and guide teams in Delivery Excellence, PMO, Services Enablement, and Delivery Operations to fulfill transformation goals.
- Communicate operational performance, delivery progress, risks to executive leadership and engage clients for feedback and improvements.
- Lead community and thought leadership initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and future improvement.
- Stay current with emerging delivery methodologies, AI technologies, market trends, and operational best practices.

Working Environment and Expectations
- This role is fully remote, requiring a professional, distraction-free workspace equipped for video meetings during standard business hours aligned with clients.
- Travel, both domestic and international, up to 30% annually is expected to engage with clients and projects effectively.
- Flexibility to coordinate and adjust hours to client time zones for optimal communication and delivery success.
