Role Purpose

We are seeking a Vice President, Applications Systems Analyst for Asia to oversee the deployment, adoption, and enhancement of SRG’s applications throughout the region. This role, under Transformation Delivery, involves leading business engagement, implementation, and post-launch improvement efforts to secure successful application use.

You will serve as a pivotal bridge connecting business users, technology teams, and external partners, transforming operational needs into practical system solutions that improve business efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate has considerable experience in business analysis and transformation delivery, excelling in managing complex enterprise system projects, particularly within regulated environments. You are adept in stakeholder management, leading transformative initiatives, and promoting continuous technology optimization.

Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative settings are essential traits.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units across Asia to grasp operational requirements, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and support adoption of broking platforms covering lead generation, CRM, placement, renewals, claims, billing, and client servicing.
• Manage rollout and deployment across markets ensuring readiness and user engagement.
• Lead requirements collection for system and process improvements and new business initiatives, translating these into prioritized deliverables.
• Act as the key contact point between business users, Group IT, vendors, and implementation partners to synchronize priorities, expectations, and outcomes.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including planning, execution, defect handling, and business approvals.
• Develop and deliver training, knowledge sharing, and change management strategies that promote platform uptake and standardized procedures.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and execute continuous improvements.
• Facilitate resolution of technical issues and root cause investigations by working closely with vendors and tech teams.
• Maintain governance documents, delivery schedules, risk logs, and stakeholder communications throughout transformation projects.
• Promote process standardization and ensure regulatory compliance aligned with regional business goals.
• Contribute to designing future operating models and technology plans supporting SRG’s growth across Asia.

Qualifications and Experience

• Typically 5 to 8 or more years’ experience in business or systems analysis, transformation delivery, or program management with a strong background in system implementations.
• Proven success in managing enterprise system rollouts and post-launch enhancements.
• Expertise in business requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder engagement.
• Skilled in influencing and aligning senior stakeholders from business and technology sectors.
• Working experience with regulated frameworks such as MAS and TRM.
• Knowledge of insurance broking or financial services is preferred.
• Familiar with broking processes including placement, renewal, claims, billing, and client services.
• Experience with regional or multi-country projects across Asia.
• Background collaborating with system vendors and implementation partners in Asia and the UK.
