Job Overview
We are seeking a well-organized Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our busy BMW dealership team in Boston, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. This role primarily involves supporting the retail sales team by ensuring all paperwork related to vehicle sales is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to manage customers' vehicle order processes and the associated administrative tasks.
- Handle vehicle order processing, vehicle taxation, and assist Retail Managers by compiling finance documentation and tracking order progress.
- Manage a demanding workload effectively by prioritizing tasks to maintain smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to confirm that vehicles are ordered precisely according to customer specifications.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is advantageous, but candidates with solid experience in fast-paced administrative roles will receive training.
- Strong communication abilities and excellent administrative skills are essential.
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure paperwork is handled securely and accurately.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with dealership staff to deliver efficient customer service.
- Prior experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be offered.
