Position Overview

Join Allgeier Public as a UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) based in Bonn, working full-time with a 40% remote work option. You will contribute to developing user-centered digital solutions that drive forward Germany's future.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-focused UX/UI solutions grounded in both functional and technical specifications.
• Plan and execute UX research activities to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously enhance and ensure the quality of user experience using user feedback and research findings.

Candidate Profile

• A completed degree in UX Design, Media Informatics, or a related field.
• Substantial experience designing and conceptualizing digital products for B2B, enterprise, or specialized applications.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Practical experience conducting UX research, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma, design systems, components libraries, and agile project tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Language proficiency: German at C1 level and English at minimum B1 level.
