Operating within India's Vehicle Scrappage Policy, Scrapio provides end-to-end solutions for retiring vehicles at the end of their lifecycle, managing valuation, documentation, pickup, and certified scrapping in a compliant and technology-driven manner.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Used Vehicle Procurement Executive who will proactively source and finalize purchases of end-of-life and scrap vehicles across designated regions within Rajasthan. This field-centric role requires direct interaction with dealers, agents, and customers to secure vehicle procurement volumes every month.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source used and end-of-life vehicles via dealers, agents, and direct customer contacts within your assigned territory.
• Achieve targeted monthly vehicle procurement volumes.
• Conduct vehicle evaluations to determine fair pricing, negotiate purchase terms within set boundaries, and escalate deals surpassing authority limits appropriately.
• Verify ownership documentation including Registration Certificate (RC) and RTO paperwork to ensure legality and prevent fraud such as Certificate of Destruction (CoD) diversion and intermediary scams.
• Collaborate with plant and documentation teams to ensure timely vehicle pickups and smooth processing.
• Maintain detailed records of deals and inquiries through WhatsApp-based intake methods and procurement software.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of direct experience sourcing or purchasing used or second-hand vehicles in settings such as used-car dealerships, vehicle aggregators, auto finance repossession, fleet disposal, or scrap vehicle procurement.
• Practical expertise in assessing vehicle condition and negotiating purchase prices on-site.
• Familiarity with evaluating RC transfers, RTO documentation, and vehicle paperwork compliance.
• Willingness to travel across assigned districts within Rajasthan.
• Proficiency in Hindi with working knowledge of English for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp-based intake systems, Excel spreadsheets, and basic procurement software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing contacts with dealers or agents in the Rajasthan region.
• Understanding of Vehicle Scrappage Policy, RVSF operational frameworks, or Certificate of Destruction (CoD)/Certified Vehicle Scrapping (CVS) processes.

Additional Information

This role is not suited for candidates from corporate procurement, general BPO/tele-sales, or B2B sales backgrounds lacking direct hands-on vehicle buying experience.
