US Recruiter - Night Shift (Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Baroda)

About the Role

Integrated Resources is seeking skilled US Recruiters to join our teams located in Ahmedabad, Gurugram, and Baroda. Candidates will work the Eastern Standard Time night shift, specifically from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday with weekends off. This position demands excellent communication, teamwork, and recruitment expertise to manage the complete hiring cycle for US IT staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Assess candidates thoroughly by evaluating their skills, domain knowledge, experience, and qualifications against job requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within a network of potential candidates.
• Negotiate salary offers, extend job offers, facilitate placements, and encourage candidate referrals.
• Ensure submission of qualified candidates matching open job roles.
• Achieve or surpass weekly recruitment targets consistently.
• Utilize internal databases and systems effectively for tracking recruitment stages and progress.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and commitment to team goals.

Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree. Prior experience in US IT recruitment or staffing is preferred but not mandatory.
