About the Company and Role
Virtuous Tech is a four-year-old organization based in Nizampet, Hyderabad. They are currently seeking candidates for the position of Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad, India.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates interested in entering US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales.
- Strong command of English communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Enthusiasm to acquire knowledge and skills related to US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales processes.
- A positive mindset coupled with effective negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Capability to perform efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US working hours.
