• Apply excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms to support employee relations and documentation tasks.
• Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities within a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or allied disciplines.
• Experience in supporting HR functions for US-based employees, including payroll coordination and benefits management.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or UKG.
