About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive US Blue Collar Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team based in Mohali-67. This role demands a hands-on recruitment professional who excels in discovering talent, fostering candidate networks, and taking full ownership of the end-to-end hiring cycle.

Work Details

• Location: Mohali-67
• Shift Timing: Night Shift aligned with US hours (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Employment Type: Full-time, in-house, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract US-based blue-collar and skilled trade candidates using diverse sourcing channels.
• Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook community groups, educational institutes including colleges and trade schools, referrals, job portals, and other creative channels to source talent.
• Establish and grow candidate communities while applying innovative recruiting approaches.
• Perform preliminary candidate screenings and telephone interviews.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment phases until successful placement.
• Keep ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date and conduct timely follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting US candidates, particularly in blue-collar or technical roles.
• Fluent verbal and written English along with thorough understanding of US cultural nuances.
• Outgoing, confident, and relationship-focused personality.
• Strong abilities in sourcing, networking, communication, and follow-up.
• Familiar with social media platforms, community engagement, and ATS software.
