Role Overview
We are seeking an Upper Elementary Teacher for grades 3 through 5 to join our team starting August 2026 in Boston, MA. This full-time position involves leading and supporting students in a mission-driven environment dedicated to educational equity and student success.

Teacher Responsibilities
- Serve as a full-time lead teacher managing classroom learning for upper elementary grades.
- Carry out daily school duties including lunch, arrival/dismissal, recess, and hallway supervision.
- Collaborate with a diverse teaching team to develop rigorous curricula and engaging lessons.
- Provide academic and personal support guiding students toward college readiness.

Required Credentials

- At least one year of experience as a lead teacher.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid Massachusetts Teaching License for Elementary education (grades 1-6) with SEI endorsement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States by the first employment day.

Compensation and Benefits
