AltrusAI is hiring an experienced Unqork AI Configurator to build, fine-tune, and support enterprise solutions on the Unqork no-code platform. The role calls for deep hands-on experience in configuring Unqork, automating workflows, connecting systems through APIs, and delivering AI-enabled business process solutions.

Core responsibilities
- Build and configure applications on the Unqork no-code platform.
- Convert business needs into scalable workflows, forms, rules, and data structures.
- Develop integrations with outside systems using REST-based APIs.
- Design AI-driven business workflows and automation logic.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA professionals.
- Handle debugging, validation, and production support tasks.
- Maintain high standards for application performance, security, scalability, and long-term supportability.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration notes, and deployment-related artifacts.
- Join architecture review discussions and suggest best practices for Unqork delivery.
- Assist with go-live execution and subsequent post-launch improvements.
Required skills and experience
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with the Unqork platform and a solid understanding of no-code or low-code application development. The role requires knowledge of Unqork modules, data workflows, decision logic, integrations, and environment management, along with familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services. Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, insurance, healthcare, or financial systems is important. The candidate should also be comfortable with troubleshooting, SDLC practices, Agile delivery, DevOps concepts, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred background
Extra advantage will go to candidates who hold Unqork Associate Configurator or Professional Configurator certification. Exposure to AI/ML integrations, OpenAI, Azure AI, or GenAI solutions is preferred, as is working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or similar web technologies. Experience in insurance, healthcare, BFSI, or enterprise SaaS environments is also desirable.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. Unqork certification is preferred. Experience in client-facing enterprise environments is also valued.
Immediate hiring criteria
Applicants should be able to join within 15 days. Strong prior experience delivering Unqork projects, especially with API integrations and independent enterprise application deployment, is important. Experience with AI-led business workflows is highly desirable.
