Internship Overview

We are inviting applications for UI/UX Design Interns eager to gain practical experience on a global trading platform. This role suits recent graduates with backgrounds in design or related fields, interested in applying user-centered design methods to enhance various digital products including mobile and web apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in producing and evaluating design assets for diverse digital platforms and devices.
• Help analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and track engagement metrics to inform design improvements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user interface concepts for new and existing functionalities.
• Take part in initiatives to optimize websites and applications focusing on better UX/UI.
• Maintain consistency with established brand identity and design standards.
• Collaborate effectively with design, product, marketing, and content teams to ensure unified user experiences.
• Support efforts in user research, usability testing, and interpreting qualitative data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic/Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science with design emphasis, or similar disciplines.
• Excellent academic record from a recognized university or design school.
• Strong enthusiasm for UI/UX, product design, or digital user experience development.
• Experience using design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Balsamiq, or Axure.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required.
• Availability to work full-time on-site at our Chicago office.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
