About the Role
Travel Boom Private Limited seeks an experienced Travel Consultant specializing in international holiday packages and flight ticketing. The role involves managing inquiries and bookings related to international travel, preparing tailored travel itineraries, and coordinating flight reservations for both domestic and international journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and process bookings for international holiday packages.
- Develop customized travel itineraries and prepare accurate quotations for clients.
- Oversee reservation and ticketing tasks for domestic and international flights.
- Support clients with basic visa documentation and procedural information.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and comprehensive travel assistance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience working in a travel agency or tour operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and associated travel products.
- Proficiency in flight ticketing systems, with experience in Amadeus or Galileo preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with sales aptitude.
