Role Overview
We are seeking a Travel and Expense Analyst to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or an equivalent field, along with 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Primary Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage corporate travel and expense processes using Concur or a similar travel and expense management system.
- Oversee corporate card programs including card administration tasks.
- Analyze complex financial and travel data to generate actionable insights and solutions.
- Provide exemplary support and communication to stakeholders across various levels within the organization.
- Deliver excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring their queries and issues are efficiently resolved.
- Maintain high precision with attention to detail when handling multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, alongside various reporting tools for data management and reporting.
- Stay informed on travel industry regulations, expense policies, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Adapt effectively to new technological platforms and evolving organizational procedures.
