Aeris Resources Limited operates Tritton Copper Operations, a significant copper mine near Nyngan and Cobar, NSW. We are an ASX-listed mid-tier metal producer focused on copper, with multiple mines, development projects, and exploration activities.
Role Overview
We seek a dedicated Travel & Accommodation Advisor to be based at the Tritton Operation. This permanent, full-time role supports seamless workforce logistics by managing travel arrangements, accommodations, rosters, and site transfers for employees, contractors, and visitors. By collaborating with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external travel services, you will ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movements to maintain operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate travel bookings including flights and transport.
- Allocate and manage accommodation resources for site personnel and visitors.
- Maintain rosters and support workforce mobilization and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with various internal departments and travel partners to guarantee operational continuity.
- Deliver excellent customer service while navigating complex logistical challenges.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in travel coordination, administrative tasks, or accommodation management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under fast-paced conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate record keeping.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid Australian Manual Driver’s Licence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mining, FIFO, or remote operation environments.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and workforce management software.
- Understanding of mining-specific rosters and mobilization needs.
- Experience forecasting accommodation needs and planning workforce logistics.
