Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at R2 Logistics, your expertise directly contributes to the company’s advancement by supporting the Truckload (TL) and Less than Truckload (LTL) procurement teams. Reporting to the LTL Procurement Manager, you will transform data into strategic and operational insights that align with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with department heads to identify, define, and set priorities for analytics projects.
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools to support business decisions.
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes to better anticipate opportunities for data analysis.
- Analyze data trends and present organized findings to stakeholders.
- Set and track KPIs to guide strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
Qualifications
- Between 1 and 3 years experience in transportation, preferably within third-party logistics.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a data analytics capacity.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI and Tableau platforms.
- Experience in project management and procurement is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
