Job Role and Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and corporate clients to support placement activities.
• Source and onboard new companies to collaborate for internship and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Organize workshops on resume writing, conduct mock interviews, and offer career counseling to prepare students.
• Coach students on interview techniques, job application processes, and industry expectations.
• Track student eligibility for placements and assess their performance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with faculty members and management to tailor placement strategies in line with industry needs.
• Maintain comprehensive placement records, databases, and generate detailed reports.
• Ensure effective communication flow between students, recruiters, and institutional management.
• Train students on communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical interview preparations.
• Provide personalized mentorship to students to help them achieve their professional objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Solid knowledge of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics job roles and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and job portals including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Capacity to analyze placement patterns and the evolving demands of the industry.
• Outstanding communication and networking capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and competence in problem-solving.
• Effectiveness in engaging and collaborating with both students and industry professionals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in placement coordination, career services, or recruitment, preferably within educational institutions or the technology sector.
