Role Overview
The Health Lounges Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering business expansion by actively promoting services, engaging with members, ensuring seamless daily operations, collaborating across departments, managing membership enrollment, organizing onsite events, and maintaining robust client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with various teams to formulate and implement a detailed member-focused roadmap aligned with overall business goals to stimulate growth and member interaction.
- Segment members based on defined criteria to customize and enhance related programs; ensure each segment receives tailored preparations to boost lounge performance.
- Proactively reach out to potential members to advocate for the health lounges while nurturing existing member relationships to understand their needs and preferences thoroughly.
- Develop and carry out strategies to re-engage previous lounge users and set up strong feedback channels to gather insights for continuous service improvement.
- Streamline and oversee the onboarding process for new members to ensure a smooth experience.
- Drive innovative initiatives and enhance program launches to attract and retain members, ensuring consistent growth.
- Plan and execute onsite promotional activities and create engaging communications to attract participation and build awareness of the health lounge benefits.
- Utilize various communication platforms to broaden outreach and encourage active engagement.
- Establish a project management office (PMO) framework to support operations, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, monitoring progress, aligning projects with strategic goals, and identifying risks with mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership with effective team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with keen interest in health and wellness sectors.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
- Experience in customer engagement, hospitality, or health service management is preferred.
- Proven experience in managerial roles, ideally within health or wellness environments.
