Stantec is seeking experienced Town Planners to join its developing UK teams located in cities including Bristol, Taunton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Reading, Kings Hill, London, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. Candidate Profile

• Chartered MRTPI status preferred, or candidates working towards chartership.
• Relevant planning experience gained from consultancy, private, or public sectors.
• Exposure to residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial, and energy planning projects is highly desirable.
• Skilled in preparing, submitting, and negotiating planning applications of various scales and types.
• For senior applicants, experience in handling appeals and participating in informal hearings is beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Strong client relationship management skills to deliver exceptional advice and service.
• Local knowledge and project experience in the preferred regional office are advantageous, but relocation is considered.
• Possession of a valid UK driving licence and access to a car is ideal.
