About the Role
We seek an experienced Tour Consultant to expertly design and coordinate both domestic and international travel plans. The role requires a minimum of three years in the travel and tourism sector, with strong customer focus and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in arranging custom domestic and global tour packages.
- Offer specialized advice regarding destinations, travel itineraries, visa requirements, insurance, and related documentation.
- Create travel plans tailored to customer preferences and budgets.
- Manage hotel, flight, and transportation bookings along with other travel arrangements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers and travel service providers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and provide support after bookings are made.
- Keep current on travel industry trends, visa policies, and destination updates.
- Maintain precise records of clients and bookings.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Tour Consultant or within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude coupled with solid sales abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and travel management software is an advantage.
- Skilled in developing personalized travel packages and itineraries.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

- Starting salary of ₹25000 per month.
