Role Overview
Join our team as a Thought Leadership Engagement Specialist, where your main responsibility will be the organization and management of impactful webinars, presentations, workshops, and engagement programs. These initiatives are designed to highlight valuable research and insights to specific target audiences. This role involves contributing to key strategic projects through operational support, creating enablement materials, and ensuring the smooth delivery of engagement activities that enhance the company’s thought leadership footprint.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Coordinate and organize events such as webinars and workshops efficiently.
- Develop content and enablement assets using tools like PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Collaborate well with teams throughout the organization and across different channels.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and virtual engagement platforms proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience of at least two years in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, or comparable roles.
- Desirable experience includes understanding research dissemination, thought leadership strategies, and strategic partnership involvement.
