Job Overview
The role requires a professional with hands-on experience in handling tenders including Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other tender processes. The candidate must also possess skills in documentation and practical knowledge of accounting using Tally software, covering sales, purchase, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing tender submissions efficiently.
- Handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other tender platforms effectively.
- Maintaining thorough documentation related to tenders and transactions.
- Utilizing Tally software for accounting tasks such as sales, purchases, bank reconciliations, and inventory control.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in tenders, especially GeM or similar portals.
- Familiarity with Tally accounting software covering sales, purchase, bank, and inventory modules.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Work Details
- Monthly salary ranging between 20,000 to 30,000 INR.
- Position typically based in Delhi-NCR region.
