Job description
Position Overview
Gtech Web Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Telugu Technical Support Executive to be based in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. This full-time role requires candidates to work on-site in the office and focuses on assisting customers primarily through voice communication channels. The position is ideal for male candidates who have 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, particularly in BPO or voice process environments.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proficient handling of customer inquiries and providing effective technical assistance.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services during customer interactions is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage customer relations efficiently.

Work Schedule and Other Details
- Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Sundays are weekly off days.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference for this role.
- The mode of interview is face-to-face, conducted at the workplace.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, depending on the candidate's experience.
