About the Role
Green Glory Foods is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Real Estate Telecalling Agent to engage potential clients, generate qualified leads, and promote our real estate offerings. The candidate will be responsible for turning inquiries into site visits and eventual sales prospects, leveraging excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists.
- Clearly and professionally explain details of real estate projects to prospects.
- Generate and assess leads to support the sales team effectively.
- Arrange site visits and follow up with interested clients promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions with customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Manage inbound queries and address basic client concerns.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and persuasion capabilities.
- Basic understanding of the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Resilience to rejection and sustained motivation.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills including CRM software, Excel, and calling tools.
Additional Information
- Salary range: 15000 to 60000 INR per month.
