Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join Quality Home Inspector LLP in Mumbai. This position entails managing inbound customer inquiries and proactively conducting outbound sales and follow-up calls. The focus is on promoting Proofit's comprehensive suite of services including home inspections, water leakage detection, thermal scanning, waterproofing, repairs, and property upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both incoming customer queries and outbound sales outreach efforts.
- Explain detailed features and benefits of various services related to home inspection and maintenance.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed site visits and inspections through persistent follow-ups.
- Organize and coordinate appointments between customers and technical teams for inspections and consultations.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing clients using phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure engagement and progress.
- Manage customer billing processes including advance and pending payments follow-ups.
- Accurately track payments and maintain comprehensive financial records.
- Create invoices, payment receipts, and necessary billing documentation with precision.
- Compile and verify inspection reports by integrating information provided by field teams, ensuring completeness and accuracy before dispatch to clients.
- Distribute inspection reports, quotations, and invoices promptly via WhatsApp and email.
- Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions and documentation including reports, payments, and quotes.
- Work closely with inspectors and technical personnel to gather relevant data and recommendations for report preparation.
- Follow through with customers after report delivery to clarify next steps and identify further service needs such as waterproofing or repairs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, lead management, payment collection, and follow-up reports to management.
- Update and maintain customer information, interaction records, scheduling, payment, and service statuses in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including sales, operations, technical teams, accounts, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide consistent professional and prompt communication throughout the customer lifecycle from enquiry to service completion.
- Meet assigned goals related to call volume, customer follow-ups, appointment setting, conversion rates, payment collections, and overall customer service performance.
Salary And Location
The position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, offering a monthly salary ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹30,000.
