Overview
We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Telecallers to promote various loan products through phone communications. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, presenting loan options, generating potential leads, and assisting clients throughout their loan application journey.
Key Duties
- Manage inbound customer calls related to loan sales.
- Provide detailed explanations of Overdraft (OD) and personal loans targeted at salaried individuals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Generate leads and consistently follow up on them.
- Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and verification teams to facilitate the loan processing.
- Meet established daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and foster strong relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of banking and loan products.
- Capability to manage customer objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven individual.
- Familiar with basic computer operations.
Educational Requirements and Experience
- Minimum 12th grade pass or any graduate degree.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
- Preferably 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or customer service domains.
