Job Overview
Lotus Clothing Co. is seeking a dedicated IndiaMART Executive to oversee and handle its IndiaMART account in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves engaging with customer inquiries, managing sales leads, and supporting the sales department to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the IndiaMART account actively by addressing customer questions and requirements.
- Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Update and maintain product listings on the IndiaMART platform to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Collaborate efficiently with the sales team to close deals and streamline customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication capabilities to effectively handle client interactions.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Prior experience working with IndiaMART is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 30,000 INR, supplemented with attractive incentives based on successful sales conversions.
