Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team at Stock Kart in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves facilitating outbound customer interactions to promote our services, collect information, and meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound telephone communications to potential or existing customers.
- Offer detailed information about services and encourage enrollment over the phone.
- Conduct surveys and gather crucial data from callers to support business insights.
- Arrange appointments and perform consistent follow-up calls on prospective leads.
- Keep meticulous records of all calls and their respective outcomes to ensure data integrity.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding predefined sales or performance targets.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 12,000 and 30,000 INR.
