About GAVYAMART
GAVYAMART is committed to preserving the indigenous Kankrej cow breed while promoting sustainable dairy farming methods. Our focus lies in delivering authentic Vedic Bilona Ghee to health-conscious consumers and corporate clients.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective customers to educate them about the advantages of our authentic Bilona ghee.
- Effectively communicate our dedication to animal welfare and highlight support extended to our network of over 300 gaupalaks (cow protectors).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Accurately document all sales interactions, calls, and subsequent follow-ups within the company's CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, or a relevant local language are essential.
- Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, along with an appreciation for traditional dairy products.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service roles is advantageous.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to represent the GAVYAMART brand with honesty and respect.
