Key Responsibilities

• Engage with educational institutions to promote workshops and training programs.
• Identify and convert leads into confirmed partnerships with schools and colleges.
• Maintain robust relationships with representatives from schools and colleges.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely confirmation of scheduled sessions.
• Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Handle calls, emails, and daily communications with professionalism.
• Keep comprehensive records of leads, follow-ups, and scheduled activities.
• Meet set monthly outreach and sales goals.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or outreach to institutions.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Confident managing calls and conducting follow-ups efficiently.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
