Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Osp Food & Beverages Private Limited, located in Delhi-NCR. The role primarily involves outbound calls to kirana retailers, distributors, and HoReCa or bulk leads to support sales and customer relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to kirana retailers, distributors, and HoReCa/bulk lead contacts.
- Confirm orders and follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction.
- Generate new leads and build a comprehensive database for potential clients.
- Address and resolve any queries from customers or retailers promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate closely with the field sales team to align efforts and share information.
- Maintain meticulous records of calls and orders utilizing Excel or CRM systems.
Remuneration Details
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 12,000 INR and 20,000 INR.
